♘ Payments are made through Paypal, Venmo or Amazon E Giftcards.♘Complexity fees may be added, Arcainook will let you know if a oc falls under them.♘ No commission may ever be used for discriminatory or hateful purposes. No commissioned pieces may ever be modified or traced. No commissioned piece may be used to create or endorse explicit media.♘ Arcainook reserves the right to display commissioned artworks in art portfolios, on social media, and on their website(s). The client may ask for their final commission to not be publicly posted to social media.♘ Arcainook may send the client progress images to update the client on their product. If the commission is cancelled, the commissioner does not have the right to use, share, or modify any “work in progress” files.♘ The client must provide upfront payment for their commission or half upfront and half once sketchh is approved! Failure to provide payment within 7 days will lead to commission cancellation.♘ Once a commission has been finished and the final files have been sent over to the client, no refunds of any kind will be provided, regardless of reason.♘ Approved refunds include - If any equipment failures or technical difficulties occur, which make it impossible to reach a commission deadline. If an order was placed, the client wishes to cancel/adjust the order, and Arcainook has not started any work on the commission.♘ Arcainook’s current estimated wait time for a commission is between 2weeks to 2 months. It really depends on college schedule and time of year (due to her work during holidays) and type of commission. If you have a time limit for the order please let her know.
